Therapy sessions are priced at 160€ for 45 minutes and 320€ for 90 minutes.
I have chosen not to work with insurance companies and therefore only accept self-funding clients. However, I can provide an invoice that you may submit to your private insurance for (partial) reimbursement, if applicable.Individual coaching sessions start from 180€. Packages start from 1180€.

No, I specialize in online therapy, so all sessions take place virtually. I believe location should never be a barrier to accessing therapy, whether you're far from where you live or simply prefer to save time by not traveling. Research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions, and I believe everyone should have access to the best therapist for them, no matter where they are.

Coaching does not address deep emotional healing or mental health conditions but instead focuses on motivation, accountability, and mindset shifts to help you reach specific objectives.
